Multiboxing WoW

http://www.hotkeynet.com/ is new software that allows you to multibox a toon very easily. You define a text file with what keys you want to broadcast, use as a toggle, etc... It runs On top of Multiplicity, and doesn't require you to stop it and run a full different program like Octopus. It also does really cool things like PiP multiple windows. You can define a very sipmle config file to just pass all or no keys.

Also, Blizzard has snuck in some new keybinds at some point. "Interact with Mouseover" and "interact with Target" are a multiboxers dream.

Create a macro with "/target party1target"
Map that to Key A
Map "Interact with Target" to Z
On your main, hit a then z, and you will now select and loot/skin/pop up the quest window on your alt.
