Bienert Sued by Bell, Edison, Skife and others

Bienert's claim of 'discovering' images on blogspot was the final claim in a list of 'discoveries' recently expierenced by the middle-aged man who aparantly suffers from an inability to read previously-dated material or use the back button in his internet browser. Also in his list include the television, the telephone and the microwave, all of which he can now see after his startling discovery of a magical switch in his home which illuminates things even when it's dark. Bienert's claims of discovery are being refuted by the original inventors and blog posters in a class-action lawsuit initiated by blog poster Skife.

As a last slap in the face the award for most visually appealing post was recinded when Bienert's mug was noted in the picture, which also explains the child's look of shock.
